Resident Assistant (Night Shift)
Qualified candidates will be responsible for:
greeting and directing people who enter the building
maintaining a log of people who enter
communicating with program staff regarding resident needs
handling unauthorized requests for entry
monitoring security systems
answering and directing incoming phone calls
Qualified candidates should have the skills necessary to tactfully deal with residents and the general public professionally. Requires the ability to work effectively with people who are inebriated and/or have active mental health issues.
