Coalition (WTHC) is a non-profit. WTHC was established in 1986 with the

The Duluth office of Legal Aid
Service of Northeastern Minnesota (LASNEM) is a civil legal services office
for residents of Carlton, Cook, Lake and Southern St. Louis Counties in the
Arrowhead region of Northeastern Minnesota. The office includes a general
legal services program and the Senior Citizens Law Project. |

and Drug Treatment’s Intensive Outpatient Treatment program has been operated
since 1987. It's located in the Center's new building at 1402 East Superior
Street in Duluth and serves men and women who are diagnosed with chemical
abuse or dependence problems. |

Duluth Housing 1000 is an
initiative of the Duluth Affordable Housing Coalition (a coalition of 25
housing providers, developers and advocacy organizations) and other
organizations and citizens concerned with the lack of affordable housing in
Duluth. |
