Transfers For Current Tenants

Current Center City Housing tenants applying to transfer to a different apartment building or within their current building will be given priority over new applicants (according to the need).

 

A transfer fee of $100.00 will be due at time of transfer. Center City housing may waive this fee in regards to certain circumstances.

 

The following restrictions will apply:

 

• Tenant must be current in rent payments.

• Tenant’s current unit must be undamaged due to their tenancy.

• Tenant must not have transferred within the past twelve (12)  

   months.

• Tenant must not have had any write ups, complaints or police calls

    within the past twelve (12) months.

• Tenants must be a resident of one of the apartments for at least one           

   year after transfer( enless under certain circumtances).
