Verification Policy

All Applicants over the age of eighteen (18) must provide complete information and sign release forms allowing Center City Housing to seek written, third party verification. Applications without signed releases will not be accepted.

 

Information verification includes, but is not limited to; sources of income, assets in excess of $5,000.00, employment, rental history, and criminal background checks.
