CCHC Waiting List

Several categories may be included on the waiting list. When in this case, the categories will conform to the unit size, unit typed, preference and priority standards of this plan.

 

Applicants, upon request, will be appraised for their place on Center City Housing Waiting list.

 

Center City Housing cannot predict the length of wait or likelihood of placement at the time of application.

 

Center City Housing will maintain open waiting list, excepting in those housing categories with the likely periods on the file result in waits of less than twelve (12) months.

 

Applicants must notify Center City Housing Corp. if their phone number or address changes. If an applicant comes to the top of the list, but cannot be located using the information provided, the application will be considered withdrawn.

 

The waiting list becomes of such a length that the applicant would not be offered housing with the next 12 months, the waiting list may be closed.

 

All Applicants will be kept on file for the (12) twelve months.
