Tenant Selection Criteria

All applicants must have demonstrated (or ability to demonstrate) an ability to pay rent on time and to meet the requirements of tenancy. An applicant may seek assistance in order to meet this requirement.

 

All applicants must meet income eligibility restrictions related to the particular property(ies) for which they are making application.
